We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance, improve templates and product experiences, and develop new features. We do not use this information to identify you where it has been de-identified.

Where applicable, we process personal data based on contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or other lawful bases available under Thai personal data protection law and other applicable laws.

If we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent where the law allows. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal or processing that is permitted on another legal basis.
