Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when paid GEN TH memberships and credit top-ups may be refunded. It applies together with our Terms of Service and any checkout terms shown when you purchase.
1. First-purchase refund window
Memberships and credit top-ups are eligible for a refund only within 14 calendar days after your first purchase on GEN TH. A first purchase means the first paid membership or first paid credit top-up made by your account, whichever happens first.
2. Credit usage condition
For credit top-ups or membership purchases that include credits, a refund is available only if the majority of the purchased credits have not been spent. For clarity, more than 50% of the credits from the first purchase must remain unused at the time the refund request is reviewed.
Credits used for completed, pending, processing, reserved, failed due to user-provided inputs, or policy-blocked generation requests may be treated as spent where costs have been incurred or service capacity has been used.
3. Subsequent purchases
Subsequent memberships, renewals, plan changes, add-ons, and credit top-ups are not refundable. Please review your plan, credit balance, and expected usage before making additional purchases.
4. Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not available for accounts suspended for abuse, unlawful activity, fraud, chargeback misuse, violation of our Terms, or attempts to generate illegal or prohibited content. Refunds are also not available for unused credits after the first-purchase refund window has expired.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible. Payment processors, banks, card networks, and wallet providers may control timing, fees, currency conversion, and whether a refund can be completed to the original payment method.
6. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights you may have under Thai law or other mandatory consumer laws that apply to your purchase.
