Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use GEN TH for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that entity.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if account information is inaccurate, if payment fails, or if use of the service creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.

You may not use GEN TH to create, upload, request, distribute, or assist with unlawful content or activity. This includes content that violates Thai law, computer-crime rules, consumer-protection rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, data-protection rules, publicity rights, payment rules, defamation laws, or any other applicable legal obligation.

You must not generate or attempt to generate content involving fraud, deception, impersonation, harassment, threats, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, instructions to commit a crime, malicious code, unauthorized access, unlawful surveillance, or content that is otherwise illegal or harmful. We may block prompts, refuse generations, remove content, or restrict accounts when needed to enforce these Terms or comply with law.

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, instructions, references, and other materials you provide, as well as how you use generated output. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for any materials you submit to the service.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, similar to third-party material, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing, selling, advertising, or relying on it.

Some features require a paid membership, prepaid credits, or both. Prices, included usage, renewal periods, credit values, and feature availability may be shown at checkout or in your account. Taxes, fees, and payment method charges may apply.

Credits are a limited license to use paid generation features inside GEN TH. They are not money, stored value, or a transferable balance. Credits may expire, be adjusted, or be revoked where required by the plan terms, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, service abuse, or law.

GEN TH and its software, interface, models orchestration, templates, brand assets, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, scrape, or interfere with the service except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment obligations, you may use generated output for lawful personal or commercial purposes. This permission does not give you rights in third-party materials, trademarks, likenesses, copyrighted inputs, or content you were not allowed to use.

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features, models, templates, pricing, or availability as the service evolves. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every generation request will complete successfully.

We may perform maintenance, impose rate limits, or restrict use to protect users, payment systems, model providers, infrastructure, and compliance obligations.

GEN TH is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service or generated output will be error-free, lawful for your intended use, or fit for a particular business result.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts and competent authorities in Thailand may be used to resolve disputes unless mandatory law requires another forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from the listed update date. Continued use of GEN TH after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
